Used By And Best Before Dates

Do you know there is a difference between a Best Before and A Used By date?

Used By dates are for safety. You need to use food by this date or you could get sick.

Best Before dates are for quality. There are lots of food that you can use after this date. You just need to check the taste. If the food doesn't taste good or look good then don't eat it.
